They sent medication to the pharmacy you would like it to be sent without confusion. They are kind and blessed women in Doctors care. I recommend them to everyone. The staff at the reception desk are kind. The nurses are helpful too. I thank Lord Jesus Christ for guiding me to this place.
I've had nothing but good experiences with this urgent care. The wait can be long but it has always been worth it for me. The doctors I have met here 1) really listened to me. 2) Were very accurate in diagnosis and treatment 3) actually cared, went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of both there and at the pharmacy.
The doctor was wonderful and professional, but the nurse was rude and gossiped about me in the hallway.
When you're that old and you still think it's acceptable to gossip about patients, especially loud enough for them to hear you, you know you have a problem.
A bit of a wait but without an appointment it’s understandable. The PA was wonderful easy to talk to answered my questions and provided quality care. The nurse, as well as the rest of the staff were equally professional and nice. Highly recommend this facility.
I did a walk in appointment today and I had a great experience here. All of the staff were so nice and the doctor’s bedside manner was really lovely. I highly recommend this place. It felt more like a family practice vs. a place that’s just trying to churn through patients. Nice to see!
Online appointment scheduling is a great tool and cuts down on wait times. Overall service met Expectations. Prices need to be a little more competitive.
Sensitive, caring staff, from the receptionists to the PA's to the nurses. I can only say that if you visit this facility, you will receive the best possible care. They listen to the patient, they treat the issue, and will call if they deem follow up is necessary. If there are limitations to what they can treat, they will explain, and suggest other alternatives. You are never treated as a number, but as a person, a patient.
The staff was very friendly and treated me life we were old friends, yet very professional within their position. The doctor was very attentive, asked a lot of questions and ordered appropriate tests to help determine my possible aliment. I highly recommend this urgent care.
